Invitation

This Request for Quotations (“RFQ”) is issued by ACTED and hereby invites quotations from reputable consultants for Nutrition Consulting.

ACTED will evaluate the Contractors (“Responders” or “Offerors”) who submit bids and will attempt to choose a Contractor who might best assist ACTED in achieving its operational and program objectives.

The deadline date and time for a response is listed on this cover sheet of this RFQ and a response received before such deadline.

To ensure that funds are used exclusively for humanitarian purposes and in accordance with donors’ compliance requirements, ACTED will perform a due diligence on all contractors.

Evaluation Criteria

Qualification shall be based on the capability and resources of the potential supplier.

The evaluation shall be conducted in two sequential stages;

• Price

• Past Performances

• CV

• References feedback

- indicate, clearly prices including ALL Taxes where applicable.

The bidders to submit the following documents/information together with the quotation

· Company Registration certificate/ Certificate of incorporation

· Attach Company profile

· Unit price list for the consultancy in USD

· Bank details that corresponds to the Company (To fill in the table below)

· Proof of cover of insurance for Somalia for the consultancy period

· Signed offer form

· Signed ToRs

· Signed Bidders Ethical Declaration

2. The closing date of this Request for Quotation is fixed onSunday 10^th June, 2018 at 5:00pm to the following address: electronically to kenya.tender@acted.org

3. RFQs opening will be done in ACTED office at the address mentioned above on the Sunday 10^th June, 2018 at 5:00pm.** Bidders are invited for the opening session.

4. Bidders will fill, sign, stamp and return the Offer form according to ACTED’s format.

5. 4.All the offers’ prices should be in USD, including all taxes and duties.

6. Bidders will sign and return all pages of the Product Specifications for which they apply.

7. The bids must be submitted to ACTED purchase department electronically tokenya.tender@acted.orgwith the subject “RFQ/ 27DIL/10F/CNT/NBO/Program/29-05-2018” not to be opened before 11^th June , 2018”

8. Unsealed envelope and late offers will not be considered.
