Somalia: Request for Proposals -for conducting joint Nutrition Program Access an Coverage Survey in Somalia

World Vision Somalia is looking for an external consultant to support us in carrying out a joint survey on Nutrition Programm Access and Coverage as per the attached ToR link below:

This joint survey will be conducted in Baidoa, Bosaso and Burao districts and will involve 3 implementing partners i.e. WVI, Save the Children and Health Poverty Action.

The selected districts have been carefully selected from all regions based on accessibility, partners’ operation areas and districts recently accessed with high GAM rates through SCI SMART survey; these will help in further investigating the coverage of nutrition interventions.

Additionally, the survey will include 2 extra districts (Gabiley and Luuq)) implementing MCHN/BSFP to particularly expand the scope in measuring coverage indicators for the MAM preventive Program

The Proposal that complies with all of the requirements, meets all the evaluation

criteria and offers the best value for money shall be selected and awarded the contract.

Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.
